AceShowbiz - Pharrell Williams has heaped praise on his dance muse Mette Towley for becoming a new global brand ambassador for Revlon.

The rising star, whose impressive moves in the music video for Pharrell's N.E.R.D. hit Lemon went viral last year (17), will front a new run of ads for the beauty giant's Live Boldly campaign, which launched earlier this year.

"As we evolve Revlon's Live Boldly campaign, we want to continue to celebrate and champion strong, talented and inspirational women," Silvia Galfo, Global Brand President of Revlon, shared in a statement.

"Mette's passion is present in everything she touches and she truly embodies the Revlon woman today. We are thrilled to have her join as a new Global Brand Ambassador."

The Minnesota native, who has been part of Pharrell's dance squad since 2014, will also take on a behind-the-scenes role for the cosmetics company.

Sharing the exciting news on Instagram, she wrote, "BOLD MOVE. I'm proud to announce that I'm officially a global brand ambassador & creative consultant with @revlon.

"For me, 'beauty' is living boldly. YOUR standard, your rules, your natural, your glam, your skincare... all that and SWEATPROOF. Let's go!"

Pharrell has since taken to social media to applaud Mette's coveted new gig.

"So proud of my girl @mettenarrative who is teaming up with @Revlon and was just named as one of their global brand ambassadors," he posted. "Can't wait for her to show the world how to #LiveBoldly".

Mette stole the spotlight in the promo for Lemon, which served as hip-hop group N.E.R.D.'s first single in seven years, and famously allowed guest vocalist Rihanna to shave off her curly dark locks on camera.
