'Tangled' TV Hit Renamed for Third Season

Renamed Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure, the series will also feature returning cast members including Eden Espinosa.

AceShowbiz - Mandy Moore and Zachary Levi are reuniting for more Tangled tales after landing a third season of their animated Disney spin-off.

Moore and Levi first voiced the characters of Rapunzel and Eugene in 2010 movie Tangled, and they have reprised the roles in two series on the Disney Channel.

Now, a month before the second season of the show debuts on 24 June, the two stars have signed up for a third run.

Renamed Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure, the series will also feature returning cast members Eden Espinosa, James Monroe-Iglehart, and Jeremy Jordan, while the likes of Carol Kane, Lil Rel Howery, Bruce Campbell, Timothy Dalton, Kathy Najimy and Levi's Chuck co-star Yvonne Strahovski are joining the voice actors.

In its debut season, Tangled: The Series was the most-watched animated series on cable among girls between the ages of nine and 14, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
