The reality TV star is due back in court for a plea conference in July after previously being arrested for trespassing in a room at the Colony Hotel.

AceShowbiz - Luann De Lesseps has agreed to accept a plea deal in her disorderly intoxication case.

"The Real Housewives of New York City" star was arrested by police in Palm Beach, Florida, on Christmas Eve (Dec 24, 2017), and accused of disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest, and battery on a law enforcement officer after she was discovered trespassing in a room at the Colony Hotel with an unidentified man, according to a police report.

She rejected a plea deal in February, but according to the Daily Mail, Luann will now have her felony charges - the most serious - against her dropped.

In exchange, she will enter a plea of guilty to a lesser misdemeanour.

Luann is due back in court for a plea conference in July, where the charges will be reduced.

The reality star checked into an alcohol treatment centre after her arrest, and apologised for her actions.
