As his sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz have slowly found their own passion that's not soccer, the former athlete still holds out hope for his six-year-old daughter Harper.

AceShowbiz - David Beckham is heartbroken his sons are no longer interested in pursuing a soccer career like their dad. The former sportsman's sons Brooklyn, 19, Romeo, 15, and Cruz, 13, all trained with soccer team Arsenal's youth academy and seemed to be following in their father's footsteps, until they became interested in other pursuits, with Brooklyn wanting to be a photographer, Romeo becoming a promising tennis star and model, and Cruz showing interest in the music industry like his mom Victoria.
During an appearance on "The Graham Norton Show" on Friday, May 11, David admitted he was sad they didn't play the sport anymore, but still holds out hope for his six-year-old daughter Harper.
"Harper is playing every Sunday and loves it. The boys don't play and it's heartbreaking," he said. "They have a talent but it's down to Harper now. I get very enthusiastic when watching her. The other day a boy took her down and I had to think how to react with all the other parents watching me. Do I act like a UNICEF Ambassador or do I act like Harper's daddy? In the end, I let it go!"
In January, the 43-year-old officially launched his Major League Soccer (MLS) team in Miami, Florida after working on the venture for five years. He has the team name, but can't reveal it yet, but he did tell Graham it was "so much bigger than I thought it would ever be. I could only have dreamed of this as an eight-year-old."
When asked if he will be relocating to America, he replied, "I'll spend a lot of time there but the kids and Victoria are here."
David appears alongside "Deadpool" star Ryan Reynolds on the show. On Thursday, the duo teamed up for a fun viral video in which Ryan turns up at David's house as "Deadpool" to apologise for mocking his high-pitched voice in the first movie. The former athlete rebuffs his attempts until Ryan offers him tickets to a soccer game and they share a hug, before David tells Ryan he also has films like "Green Lantern" to apologize for.
