Lowell Grissom has denied that he raped a woman twice at a party after forcing her to perform oral sex on him and a female friend of Brown's.

AceShowbiz - A man at the center of a new rape lawsuit aimed at Chris Brown insists he's innocent. An unnamed woman has accused Lowell Grissom of raping her twice at a party after she was forced to perform oral sex on him and a female friend of Brown's.

The Jane Doe claims Grissom pulled her out of a shower and raped her and later sexually assaulted her in a laundry room, before she left the party and allegedly filed a police report. Now Grissom's attorney is firing back, telling TMZ the allegations were fully investigated, and his client's name has already been cleared.

"Lowell vehemently denies these false and defaming accusations originated last year, ending with no arrests, no proof, an inconclusive rape kit and after a police investigation - no charges filed," the lawyer informs the outlet. "This civil lawsuit is a blatant attempt at a money grab and to harm the reputation of my client while encouraging PR noise for (the unnamed woman's lawyer) Gloria Allred while she exploits this young woman for her own financial gains and public persona".

At a press conference on Wednesday, May 9, Allred called her client's complaint "one of the most horrific sexual assault cases," adding, "Our client, Jane Doe, has been severely traumatised by what she was forced to suffer."

The unnamed accuser is seeking general and specific damages for the alleged sexual assaults, including up to $50,000 in civil penalties.

A Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson has confirmed to PageSix Brown is not being investigated in relation to the reported incident.
