The 'Allied' actor, who is known for his big interest in architecture, allegedly met Neri Oxman through an MIT architecture project and become friends ever since.

AceShowbiz - Has Brad Pitt found a new love after Angelina Jolie split? The "Allied" actor was spotted spending time with Neri Oxman, an acclaimed architect, award-winning artist and MIT professor.
A source told Page Six that architecture enthusiast Brad and Neri recently met through an MIT architecture project and become friends ever since. It was also said that Brad was referred to Neri to collaborate on an architectural project he was working on.
"Brad and Neri instantly hit it off because they share the same passion for architecture, design and art. This is best described as a professional friendship," the source said.
The source went on saying, "Their friendship has not turned into romance," adding that "both are cautious and this is, again, more of a professional friendship." However, the source noted that the 54-year-old actor "is very interested in spending more time" with the American-Israeli architect, adding that "she is fascinating."
While a rep for Brad declined to comment, a friend said, "You are correct that they are just friends and she is very impressive."
Brad is known for having a big interest in architecture. The "Fury" actor founded Make It Right Foundation which builds affordable and environmentally friendly homes in New Orleans for people in need.
Neri was previously married to Argentine composer Osvaldo Golijov. The award-winning architect "coined the term, and pioneered the field of, Material Ecology, which considers computation, fabrication, and the material itself as inseparable dimensions of design. In this approach, products and buildings are biologically informed and digitally engineered by, with and for, nature," according to her MIT profile.
As for Brad, he chooses to keep everything a low profile after his split from Angelina, with whom he shares six kids, Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne and Knox. Though "the separation was brutal and a very sad time in his life," he is now reportedly "happier and healthier."
A source said, "He has an active social life and has rekindled old friendships. He goes out to dinner a lot and enjoys being out doing different things." The estranged couple currently is in negotiation over the terms of their divorce and custody of the kids.
