The DJ Mustard-produced track finds the Atlanta rapper taking a jab at Lil's height, as well as making a reference to the latter's 2016 song 'Money Longer'.

AceShowbiz - It looks like the beef between Rich the Kid and Lil Uzi Vert is going to be one of the most memorable feuds in hip-hop industry this year. After previewing the song on Instagram Live a few weeks ago, Rich finally unveiled "Dead Friends", which takes shots at Lil.

The DJ Mustard-produced track, which was released on March 26, finds the Atlanta rapper taking a jab at Lil's height. He also makes a reference to Lil's 2016 song "Money Longer". He raps, "All them dead friends/ You a middleman/ You a little man/ Your money getting shorter/ My b***h from 'cross the water/ Teach you how to count it, all about it, better boss up."

"Dead Friends" is one of the tracks off Rich's debut studio album "The World Is Yours", which is due out on March 30. The "New Freezer" spitter said of the song during an interview with Zane Lowe of Beats 1, "It's funny because I made this record months before all that, and so whatever darkness comes to light. So listen to the song, you know what's going on. I'm just waiting to see if he's going to reply back. You know you can't write better than me though."

The feud appears to stem from a Twitter exchange back in January, after Lil expressed his displeasure with his record label. "And if y'all do sign... sign 2 a major Don't sign 2 a rapper or a Dj... It's just easier When The Time Come For That Fake S**t," Lil tweeted at the time.

Rich then offered to sign him to his record label, Rich Forever, but Lil declined the offer in a not-so-polite way. "Boy I'm not signing for 20racks," he told the 25-year-old rapper. And since then, they've been taking jabs at each other through social media.
