AceShowbiz - Are Niall Horan and Hailee Steinfeld really dating? Hailee has responded to fan speculation that she's dating the One Direction member when she arrived at "Lip Sync Battle Live: A Michael Jackson Celebration" at Dolby Theater in Hollywood.
"I feel so lucky that [my fans] care enough about me to know what I'm doing every second of every day," she told Us Weekly. "But I think sometimes it's hard for people in general to realize that there are boundaries to a person's life and personal life."
The 21-year-old Oscar nominee went on saying that she is "a private person." She continued, "I do love that I have the opportunity to share with them what I'm comfortable with and they're there to listen and support me."
Hailee and Niall have been close friends for years and the 24-year-old British heartthrob even called her "the loveliest person on the planet." However, rumors that they are dating began swirling after they were spotted hanging out together at London's West End production of "Hamilton" on January 2.
Adding fuels to the rumors was Hailee's older brother Griffin Steinfeld. Griffin recently celebrated his 23rd birthday, and it appeared that Niall attended the birthday bash. Griffin shared on Instagram Stories a series of videos where the "Seeing Blind" crooner was seen playing guitar while sitting next to Hailee. He captioned one of the videos, "Family jammin."

Hailee was previously linked to Instagram star Cameron Smoller and was rumored to be dating Justin Bieber. However, she immediately denied the Justin rumors in an interview with Sirius XM Morning back in May 2017. When asked about the rumors, she simply answered, "No, I am not."
Meanwhile, Niall briefly dated the likes of Selena Gomez and Ellie Goulding. The boybander also dated a Belgian college student named Celine Helene Vandycke.
