The 'Ellen DeGeneres Show' host takes to Twitter to share that everyone in Montecito area is checking up on each other and helping to get people and animals to safety.

AceShowbiz - The wildfires that are raging in Southern California continue to impact residents, including Ellen DeGeneres. Her recently-purchased beach house in Carpinteria is currently under threat of being burned by the wildfires.

The "Finding Dory" star took to Twitter on Sunday, December 10 to say that she had to evacuate her pets from her home, which she bought for $18.6 million. "Our house is under threat of being burned. We just had to evacuate our pets," so she wrote. "I'm praying for everyone in our community and thankful to all the incredible firefighters."

In a following tweet, Ellen further explained that everyone in the Montecito area "is checking up on each other and helping to get people and animals to safety." She continued, "I'm proud to be a part of this community. I'm sending lots of love and gratitude to the fire departments and sheriffs. Thank you all."

Ellen is not the only celebrity who is impacted by the raging wildfires, which has already damaged 173,000 acres and 750 structures. Kylie Jenner's Kylie Cosmetics facility in Ventura County has been temporary shut down to ensure the safety of the workers. The youngest Kardashian-Jenner sibling announced the news on the brand's Twitter account.

"Hi guys, we have been significantly impacted by the wildfires in Southern California, and had to temporarily shut sown our facility to ensure the safety of our staff," so she tweeted. "The impact of the fires has meant that many of our staff members have been evacuated from their homes, and have to relocate their families."

She added that the staff who "weren't evacuated came back in yesterday and have been working around the clock to get orders out." She further explained that they "are doing everything we can to ship orders" while ensuring the health and safety of the staff. Concluding the post, Kylie wrote, "Orders are continuing to ship and we appreciate everyone's patience and support. We will continue to keep you updated!"
