The former 'Glee' star has decided to end her 3-year marriage to the actor after she was arrested for allegedly hitting her husband.

AceShowbiz - Naya Rivera has filed for divorce from her husband, Ryan Dorsey, again. According to court documents filed on Tuesday, December 5 in Los Angeles Superior Court, the 30-year-old actress cited irreconcilable differences as the reason behind their separation.

Naya is asking for joint legal and physical custody of their 2-year-old son, Josey, and asking the judge to block either side from getting spousal support. The former "Glee" star lists November 24 as the date of separation.

The divorce filing comes more than a week after Naya was arrested in West Virginia for allegedly hitting Ryan. On November 25, the couple was taking their child for a walk down the street when they got into an argument about their child.

In an audio record of his 911 call, Ryan said his wife was drinking and out of control before "getting physical" with him. "I just need a police officer. My wife's out of control," the 34-year-old actor said in his call to police.

When police arrived, Ryan told the deputies that Naya struck his head and bottom lip, and provided a cellphone video which supported his account. Naya was taken into custody and released on a $1,000 bail.

Following the arrest, Ryan said in a statement posted via Twitter, "This is a difficult time for everyone in the family especially for Naya and I. This isn't some reality show, this is our life and I ask that everyone especially 'the media' please respect our privacy and treat us/this situation how you would want a loved one to be treated. Perhaps with kindness, respect, without judgment, and as negative a situation this is, with positivity and love. Thanks. -RD."

Naya and Ryan first dated in 2010, when she still starred on "Glee". She was pregnant with his baby after their breakup but decided to get an abortion because her career was taking off. In April 2013, she began dating Big Sean. They got engaged, but called it quits in April 2014. Three months after, Naya and Ryan got married in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. They welcomed their first child, a son named Josey, in September 2015.

In November 2016 after two years of marriage, Rivera filed for divorce from Dorsey. "After much consideration, we have made the decision to end our marriage. Our priority is and always will be our beautiful son that we share together. We will continue to be great co-parenting partners for him. We ask for respect and privacy for our family during this difficult time," they said in a joint statement. The pair called off the divorce in October.
