The actress admits that she overcame her grief by having sex and traveling before coming to realization of a profound respect for living.

AceShowbiz - Co-stars of the late Paul Walker have paid tribute to him as their action-adventure flick "Furious 7" is nearing its release date, and the latest who remembered him was actress Michelle Rodriguez. In a recent interview with EW.com, she admitted to be going "crazy a little bit" following his death in November 2013 in a tragic car crash.

"I actually went on a bit of a binge," Rodriguez admitted. I went pretty crazy. A lot of the stuff I did last year I would never do had I been in my right mind."

"I was pushing myself to feel," Rodriguez recalled. "I felt like nothing I could do could make me feel alive, so I just kept pushing myself harder and harder. I was traveling and I was having sex. And I was just trying to ignore everything that I was feeling."

Rodriguez, moreover, admitted, "I could see Paul once every two years and just know there was another human on the planet who's deep like me, who loves like that. When that disappears, you wonder, 'Wait a minute, what do I hold on to?' There was nothing to tether me to this existence: 'Why am I f***ing here? And, like, why'd you leave without me?' " However, time did heal her sorrow and grief.

"I just woke up [one morning] with a profound respect for living," so the actress said. "I stood tall one day and I said, 'You know what, Michelle? Stop f***ing hiding. Go manifest.' And all of a sudden, I picked myself up and started hustling."

"Furious 7" will be hitting U.S. theaters on April 3 this year. The film was premiered at SXSW Film Festival last week, during when cast members and crowd attending the event paid tribute to late actor Paul Walker.
