Deathstroke Rumored to Join 'Suicide Squad'
Movie

A person who allegedly took part in a focus test for the movie claims the concept art for the character 'is probably the best design I've ever seen of Deathstroke.'

AceShowbiz - "Suicide Squad" probably has another character in the movie which has not been announced. A person who allegedly took part in a focus test for the movie recently recounted what happened during the process, saying that Deathstroke was featured in the concept art and in the plot revealed to the participants.

According to the fan named oldcomicbookfan on Reddit, [SPOILER ALERT!] Deathstroke would be Amanda Waller's bodyguard. "He's placed in the squad to oversee that they do not deviate from the mission perimeters," the fan explained. "The plot then becomes more complex as The Joker has a far more complex goal in mind."

The fan additionally teased the concept art shown at the focus test. "They really gave him this realistic but tech-geared look that is probably the best design I've ever seen of Deathstroke," the fan wrote.

Another bit of information shared on the site also suggests that Harley Quinn might be the protagonist in the movie. "What we were given mentioned Harley Quinn being needed to decipher a complex series of bombs planted throughout Gotham. Harley is estranged from The Joker, and her knowledge is being used to figure out where The Joker has placed the bombs," the fan said.

"Suicide Squad", focusing on a group of DC Comics super villains who are sent to dangerous missions by the government to redeem their past, boasts cast ensemble such as Jared Leto (The Joker), Will Smith (Deadshot), Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn), Tom Hardy (Rick Flag), Jai Courtney (Boomerang) and Cara Delevingne (Enchantress). Viola Davis reportedly is playing Amanda Waller. It is set for a August 5, 2016 release.
