The 'Shake It Off' singer is being sued by a chauffeur company after a contract to shuttle her around New York City was breached.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift has been sued by APG Security for not paying car rental. In papers filed on Monday, September 29, the chauffeur company claimed the deal they made in June 10 with Taylor's company, Firefly Entertainment, to shuttle the singer around New York City was cut short.

According to the court documents, APG was asked to provide "vehicle services" from Taylor's Franklin St. penthouse. The company later received a letter which included guidelines which stated "under what circumstances" drivers could talk to Taylor. On July 1, the company was asked to get two additional cars and then rented two Chevy Suburbans for more than $2,000 a month.

According to the suit, Firefly, who had promised to pay for the car rental, terminated the contract on July 22 and refused to pay for the leases.

APG is currently suing Firefly for unspecified damages and asks them to pay off the cars' leases.

Neither Taylor nor Firefly has commented on the issue yet.
