The 'Beauty and a Beat' singer reveals he busted his ear drum after cliff diving and might need a surgery.

AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber revealed to his fans on Wednesday, September 24 that he might need a surgery after injuring his ear drum while cliff diving. The "Baby" singer tweeted, "Busted my ear drum cliff diving. Doc says might need surgery now. Sucks."
Justin went on saying that the injury might delay his upcoming music. "My ear drum might back us up a little but I'm still bringing you this new music. Much love," the "Never Say Never" croner wrote. "Damn u cliff diving!"
Justin has been working with Cody Simpson on a new duet album. Earlier this month, Cody told The Daily Telegraph of his collaboration with Justin, "It is a smack bang duets [album]. Justin has been a good mate of mine for a while. It's just us writing."
He continued, "[Justin] told me he felt like I'd figured myself out and have grown into what he knows I will be so he was like, 'I see you as that guitarist, singer songwriter you've always wanted to be'. I play all the guitars on the album."
