Shane points out that he will do anything to take care of Lori and her son, but Rick's wife is seemingly annoyed with his attention although he has risked his life to save Carl.

AceShowbiz - Haunted back by her affair with Shane in the past, Lori seemingly wants to get him away from her life in the upcoming episode of "The Walking Dead". After what he did to save Carl, Shane declares to Lori that he will do whatever it takes to keep her and her son safe, but she tells him that her family is not his business anymore.
Meanwhile, Rick, who is still blind to his wife's affair with his best friend Shane, second-guesses himself. Glenn believes he's getting positive signals from Maggie, but Hershel warns her not to get too close with the survivors because they won't be there forever.
Also in "Chupacabra", Daryl is seriously injured and set upon by walkers while searching in the woods for clues. The episode will air Sunday, November 13 at 9/8c on AMC.
Sarah Wayne Callies, who plays Lori, has recently revealed that her character's love triangle with Rick and Shane will play a bigger part in upcoming episodes. "Again it goes to evolving ethics. Is it an act of mercy or cowardice not to tell Rick about what happened with Shane?" she explained.
"Rick has taken a lot of responsibility to save these people and he's starting to crack a little under that pressure," Callies added. "For me to add more to his plate might very well push him over the edge. On the other hand, things between Lori and Shane, things get better and worse, and she can't help feeling Rick will figure it out and should hear it from her first."
