It's over between Adam Lambert and his interior designer boyfriend Drake LaBry. The pair's separation is mutual and they still remain friends, Us Weekly quotes a source as saying, adding that "they will still talk and see each other."
The source, furthermore, reveals "there's very little drama behind the split" and "it's all about timing" as Adam's singing career is sky-rocketing. "Adam is crazy busy right now getting the album done and squeezing in rehearsals," explains the source when referring to the "American Idol" star's debut album "For Your Entertainment".
"They both felt this moment is too important for Adam to focus on anything else but getting this album out and having it be a huge hit," adds the source. As of the press time there has been no official statement just yet from Adam or his people if the report is true.
Adam Lambert officially came out of the closet in early June this year, telling Rolling Stone magazine, "I don't think it should be a surprise for anyone to hear that I'm gay ... I'm proud of my sexuality. I embrace it. It's just another part of me." He also stated at that time, he preferred not to address his sexuality during his time on the eight season of "American Idol" because it would be "so sensationalized that it would overshadow" his participation in the singing competition.

Adam looks hot in that pic! It's hard to believe what gossip is true, but when I read that Drake got annoyed with Adam talking to other people in a club and then ran off, I figured their relationship was doomed. It's nice that their still friends though. TO Nino: I love Allison's voice but shes extremely immature, even for a 17 yo. Very inarticulate, with not much to say that's interesting.
Serial hater? My favorite was Allison and she was not the winner. She is YOUNG and is just starting off her career. She will be around for a very long time, longer than Adam, who is already VERY OLD.
Drake is too cute for Adam anyway. Adam is too old to be a POP star. He is over the hill to be a POP star. Drake should find himself a young stud instead.
