With the help from Metro Station as a supporting act, Miley Cyrus has kicked off her first world tour on September 14 at Rose Garden in Portland, Oregon. During the first stop, she paid homage to Michael Jackson by dancing to his worldwide hit single "Thriller" at the end of "Fly on the Wall" set.

After performing in Portland, Miley will continue touring across North America and Canada until December 2. Then, the Disney songstress will head up to U.K. for at least 10 live concerts, starting from December 13 to 28.

In between her tight touring schedule, Miley Cyrus will spare some time to visit Jay Leno's new talk show on September 16. Miley isn't the only big name in Hollywood who is lined up for the premiere week of "The Jay Leno Show" as there are also the likes of Robin Williams, Tom Cruise and Halle Berry.
