Avril Lavigne's New Album Due in November

Avril Lavigne confirms in an interview that she will release her new album this November and may drop her Black Star song as a single.

In an interview with Elle Magazine, said her new album will be released sometime in November. She also revealed that a new song she penned for her Black Star perfume commercial might be included in the effort as one of its singles.

Avril Lavigne has, so far, dropped three studio albums. In 2002, she put out "Let Go" which peaked at number 2 on Billboard Hot 200. She then followed up the effort with another record titled "" in 2004 and three years later, she came up with "".

Most recently, Avril was scheduled to receive an award at 2009 Napanee Ontario Multicultural Festival in June but she reportedly refused to attend the show. Her management then denied the rumor, saying, "Avril was not committed to attend the Napanee Ontario Multicultural Festival. Her management had no knowledge of this event. She appreciates the honor, however to say that she 'flaked and didn't show up' is completely untrue, as she had no knowledge of this event whatsoever."

Avril Lavigne, if your reading this i just want to tell you that your songs really mean something to me. You aren't like all those other celebrities who are thick and superficial. i know that i haven't met you but you just seem to me like such an awesome girl. my fav song by you is "Things I'll Never Say" and i also love "girlfriend" i always ask djs 2 play it in clubs!! also love your amazing slow songs like "innocence" , "slipped away" and "When Your Gone" there very emotional. Songs of Avril are amazing. They changed my life to something better, something that i didnt know before. It is like changing my life style to something better. Before, I didnt listen rock music, or punk or pop. Someday, i turned on tv and changed canal to VH1. first person that i saw was Avril. I looked at her and my eyes couldnt move from her. Songs that i heard from her... like some kind of drugs. Anyway, great songs and greatest woman on this planet. I love you Avril!!!

Avril, I LOVE YOU AND YOUR MUSIC!! It seems like you always have a song that somehow expresses exactly what I'm feeling, whether it's the slow-paced,earth shatteringly beautiful ballad "Innocence" or a catchy breakup anthem like "Everything Back But You." I was super sad to hear about your divorce with Derek... but you guys had three amazing years! Oh last but not least, I wanna get a pink streak just like yours!! :) Love forever!
