Why won't anyone give us information on where this movie will be shown, exactly, and how ticket's will be made available! Must we wait until the last minute to get all information for this movie?

THEY CANT KEEP US HANGING ON LIKE THIS THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT ITS LIKE! I hope the tickets are cheap and are sold at normal cinemas

I heard the movie will start with Billie Jean, so the song at the beginning of the trailer may be the live rehearsal version of Billie Jean.
