i loved all of these books too much to let annasophia robb play annabeth. it's not that i have anything against her it's just that she isn't annabeth. i think someone COMPLEATLY new should play annabeth. i feel the same way about josh hutcherson and Percy. i think that both anna sophia and josh did great in the bridge to terrabithia, but these parts just arent for them.

I'm like ticked. Dude read the first rough draph (IDK SP) on book five. He just can't make annabeth go bad she's my fav. character. Seriously. The movie will be good but like HP & Twilight & Eragon it won't be half as good as the book. I hope they randomly select people to play the cast. I think it would be cool to be casted as Artemis. I'm right for everything, except the eyes. Do like they did for Twilight and go randomly searching for cast members throughout the states or where ever your filming it.

Also Everybodys begging Riordan to write a 6th book and stuff but I say don't. Just like warriors he'd end up stretching it so far the same thing would happen over and over. Pull a Rowling and do an epalouge devoted to like 15 years in the future or something. Don't write a sixth book. In my opinion over time you'd lose fans. Also Annabeth/Percy kids wouldn't go to camp halfblood because technicly they are still half-bloods but camp half-blood is devoted to the CHILDREN of the gods not the GRANDchildren.

Rick Riordan came to my school in October!! He was so funny and i love the Lightning Thief! I've read all 4 books and can't wait for the 5th to come out!!! I really really really more than anything wanna play Annabeth Chase. I will do ANYTHING to play her part!!! I may not have Blond hair but I could dye it...see! ANYTHING to be Annabeth. I have a big feeling that the movie is going to be bad, but I really don't want it to be bad. But anyway, here are people that should play some parts: Mr. D: Danny DeVito Luke: Hayden Christenson Percy: Anybody with black hair and green or blue eyes. i would actuallly give this book a trillion stars but you cant go that high. this book is AWESOME! its evn beating harry potter on the new york times best selling list. percy jackson is # 1 then harry potter is # 2 on the list then pendragon is #3 and twilight #4. i also like pendragon more than HP. PERCY JACKSON is AWESOME. it is waaaaaaaay bettter than HP. it is faster paced and has more action. it has twists surprises suspense action humor greeek mythology all rolled in to one series. its great. this series will go farther than HP and still be remembered ten years from now.

The books are very good and very enjoyable. If Chris Columbus reads this, please take into consideration that if you choose 20 year olds to play 12 year olds and change the age to 17 (I've hear rumors) people will hate the movie. i really, really like the books, but id like to point out that in the movie,the actor playing percy, whos 12, is 17, annabeth is 23, and grover is 25

I don't get why you guys have already rated this movie 5 stars when it hasn't come out! You never know, it could be the best movie of the year or it could bring us all to tears because it was horrible. Don't get me wrong I'm a huge Percy fan!

Come on! I mean, I'm not that happy that Annabeth has brown hair, and that she looks to old, but don't get all mad at Alexandra! It's not her fault! I'm currently reading the first book because my sister told me to try one, and I got hooked right away! I love Rick Riordan- I've also read a book from The 39 Clues series that he wrote. But sadly he only wrote the first one, so far. All of the other ones are equally as good!! I can't wait to finish the Percy Jackson sreies and get the sixth 39 Clues book! I really want to see the 39 Clues movie and the Percy Jackson movie! Love those books!
