"The Open House" centers on teenager Logan Wallace (Dylan Minnette, star of Netflix drama 13 Reasons Why) and his mother Naomi (Piercey Dalton). The family's patriarch is recently deceased, leading the two to go and stay in a friend's secluded house in the mountains for a while.

The house is in the prospect of being sold, so Logan and Naomi must leave on Sundays to accommodate open houses for potential buyers. Unfortunately, it looks like one such visitor might have decided to secretly make himself at home.
