AceShowbiz - One of the biggest nights in country music is here. Famous names in the industry flocked The Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas on Thursday, May 16 for the 2024 Academy of Country Music Awards, bringing their fashion A-game to the awards-giving event.
Kelsea Ballerini looked stunning as she arrived in style. The "Mountain with a View" songstress turned heads in a gold halter turtleneck gown styled by Rob Zangardi and Mariel Heann. The 30-year-old, who brought along her mom to the event, kept her look rather simple as she opted for minimum accessories. As for her hairstyle, she pulled her blonde locks back in a lower bun with a single, loose strand styled in front.
Also going for a satin gown for the occasion was Brittany Aldean. Brittany, who graced the red carpet with husband Jason Aldean, oozed glamor in a silky cutout high-slit gown that allowed her to showcase her midriff. She completed her look with a turquoise stone necklace that matched her dress while stocking voluminous blonde tresses.
As for Reba McEntire, the country legend sparkled in a black sequined blazer. The singer, who was tapped to host the ceremony, paired the look with flared trousers featuring a lace pattern and fringe details by Roberto Cavalli. She also wore statement-making jewelry that included a necklace and chandelier earrings. Her auburn tresses, meanwhile, were styled in an updo.
Miranda Lambert, on the other hand, opted for a risque style for this year's event. Accompanied by her husband Brendan McLoughlin, the 31-time ACM Awards winner walked the red carpet in a black, plunging V-neckline dress with high slit. The ensemble featured a silver belt that had light blue embellishments.
The "Carousel" singer also had a small silver purse as an accessory. Meanwhile, her police officer husband went with a classic look in a black suit and a matching tie.
That night also saw Gwen Stefani and husband Blake Shelton arriving in chic looks. The No Doubt singer, who would perform her song "Purple Irises" with Blake later that night, was a vision in a brown leather jacket from Roberto Cavalli's Spring 2024 ready-to-wear collection. The outer was adorned with laser-cut feathers in shades of gray, white, green and brown.
She completed the style with a leather miniskirt, fishnet tights and strappy platform sandals also from Roberto Cavalli. As for Blake, the "God's Country" crooner dressed in a blazer with croc-embossed details on the shoulders. He paired it with denim pants and Western-style Lucchese boots.
The 2024 ACM Awards is currently underway with Kane Brown, Miranda, Post Malone, Chris Stapleton and more set to take the stage to perform.
