The singer/songwriter, whose son Quincy Brown has been raised as Diddy's own child, insinuates that the hip-hop mogul was behind his suspicious illnesses in 2022.

AceShowbiz - Al B. Sure has seemingly weighed in on Sean "P. Diddy" Combs' legal problem following raids on the latter's two homes. Kim Porter's ex appears to throw shade at the rapper, who was in an on-and-off relationship with the late model from 1994 until 2007.

On Monday, March 25, Al B. Sure shared a cryptic post that insinuated things have now finally fallen into place. "1+1=[a finger pointing emoji]," he wrote on his Instagram Story. "Is the Math finally Mathing?"

The singer/songwriter insinuated that Diddy was probably behind his severe health issue in 2022, during which he suffered from multiple illnesses including renal failure. He included audio of his conversation with a doctor who took care of him and described his condition at the time.

"You were so sick at the time when we met. You had something called acute-on-chronic liver failure, where your liver got so sick so quickly that most people with that severity of disease will die of their disease within 28 days," the doctor explained. "Over around 90% of the people will perish."

She claimed, "And so the fact that you were able to get through that is a miracle in and of itself. And to be so incredibly sick and then have to undergo such a massive operation with the liver transplant, it's also a testament to your, you know, spiritual, psychological, as well as physical reserves that you have," noting that "most people do not survive this."

"You were as sick as a patient can be," the doctor went on claiming, before Al B. Sure chimed in, "For 38 days I believe," adding that he was septic and had fever. The doctor confirmed he had "multi-system organ failure. Your lungs were so sick at one time. We, even with the ventilator, we couldn't even push enough oxygen into your lungs for you to breathe adequately. You were struggling to keep oxygen, enough oxygen going to your organs in your brain, even on the ventilator."

Despite the odds, Al B. Sure was recovering in 2023. He and Kim shared a son, Quicy Brown, who has been raised by Diddy as his own child since Diddy dated the model.

Al B. Sure shared the cryptic post after Diddy's homes in the Holmby Hills neighborhood of West Los Angeles and in Miami were raided by the Homeland Security on Monday afternoon amid sex trafficking investigation.

Meanwhile, Diddy has been seen at a Miami airport just a few hours after the raids took place. According to eyewitnesses, the rapper and some other people got stopped by the feds at the airport. He, however, didn't seem to be in custody and was just walking around all by himself outside a Customs office at the airport.
