Kleintank, who played Supervisory Special Agent Scott Forrester on the show, the third series in Dick Wolf's hit FBI drama franchise, has left the CBS series after three seasons.

AceShowbiz - After much deliberation, Luke Kleintank has chosen to depart "FBI: International" to prioritize his family. Kleintank's final appearance as Supervisory Special Agent Scott Forrester will be on May 7, and the season 3 finale will air on May 21.

Kleintank expressed gratitude for his time on the show, "I'm deeply thankful for the extraordinary cast and crew who became a family away from home. Their dedication and talents made it an unforgettable journey."

He joined the show in July of 2021 as one of the leads of "FBI: International", which marks the third series in Dick Wolf's hit FBI drama franchise. The drama tells a story about the elite operatives of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's International Fly Team that's headquartered in Budapest.

Kleintank's departure follows that of Heida Reed, who exited as Special Agent Jamie Kellett in February. The "FBI: International" team now includes Carter Redwood, Vinessa Vidotto, Christina Wolfe and Eva-Jane Willis.

Despite Kleintank's departure, the "FBI" franchise remains strong. CBS has renewed all three series for the 2024-2025 broadcast season. The franchise is executive produced by Dick Wolf, Matt Olmstead, Michael Katleman, Ernesto Alcalde, Arthur Forney and Peter Jankowski.
