AceShowbiz - 50 Cent has found himself in hot water following his new social media post about Jay-Z. After making fun of his nemesis amid Sean "P. Diddy" Combs' legal issues, the "In Da Club" hitmaker was met with backlash.
On Wednesday, May 15, the hip-hop artist/actor trolled Jay-Z for staying silent amid Diddy's legal problems. Making use of his Instagram page, he uploaded a close-up photo of his rival, who is also famous as Hov.
In the picture, it could be seen that Hov's nose and mouth were very close to the camera. While nothing else appeared clear in the snap, Hov was photographed covering his eyes with a pair of sunglasses. He was keeping his mouth closed without flashing a smile.
Along with the photo, Fifty claimed that Hov is "in hibernation." In the caption of the post, he wrote, "Jay in hibernation he ain't coming outside till this shit with puff blow over, no brunch, no lunch, No dinner. LOL IM ALL YOU GOT IM OUTSIDE ! @bransoncognac @lecheminduroi," adding a laughing face emoji.
The post was later reshared on Instagram, prompting its users to voice their thoughts on Fifty mocking Hov. In the comments section, one in particular came to Hov's defense, "How he hiding when we been seeing him with Beyonce Knowles and Blue Ivy promoting 'Cowboy Carter'? Also what Jay suppose to come out and say? It's plenty of celebrities that's cool with Diddy yet have not spoken out."
In the meantime, other users blasted Fifty. One of them wrote, "U can tell when someone don't have family in their life!! Internet is their family!! They need that love & attention from strangers!!" Similarly, another penned, "A man calling out another who not bothering u is so wack he to old to have men names in mouth like that it's not attractive."
A fourth chimed in, "50 cent needs constant attention hating on others. Sad life. Jay is busy with his family & minding his billionaire business." A fifth, meanwhile, called Fifty "unattractive" due to "this part of his personality."
50 Cent has been mocking Jay-Z since Diddy's L.A. and Miami mansions were raided by Homeland Security in March as part of sex trafficking investigation. In March, Fifty posted a picture of a missing ad for Hov on a milk carton, captioning it with a playful jab that read, "Anybody seen J? LOL [laughing emojis] puff said the [ninja emoji] ain't answering his phone. LOL."
