The 'Selling Sunset' star is slapped with a lawsuit by three of her former employees, who requested over $3 million in damages be paid for causing 'emotional distress.'

AceShowbiz - Bre Tiesi has been slapped with a lawsuit by three of her former employees. The "Selling Sunset" star allegedly "harassed" and "discriminated" Lucy Poole, Amanda Bustard and Kenneth Gomez during their time working as her nanny, social media manager and personal assistant/stylist respectively.

On Tuesday, April 30, several media outlets obtained court documents that were filed by Lucy, Amanda and Kenneth in a Los Angeles court on Thursday, April 25. In the legal docs, each one of them requested more than $3 million in damages be paid by the 32-year-old reality TV star.

In the papers, Lucy, Amanda and Kenneth claimed that they were subjected to "continuous, pervasive, objectively, and subjectively offensive harassment" when they worked for Bre, whose legal name is Breana Tiesi-Moran. They also alleged that the harassment caused them "emotional distress."

"Plaintiffs were harassed, discriminated against, and/or retaliated against on the basis of their sex, gender, and/or sexual orientation, and for having repeatedly reported, and demanded cessation of the harassing, discriminatory and retaliatory conduct," a statement in the papers read. As a result, they "suffered severe emotional distress, loss of earnings, and loss of employment benefits, among other things," once they stopped working for Bre.

In the docs, Lucy, who "suffers a mental disability," accused the baby mama of TV host Nick Cannon of calling her several offensive names, including "short bus riding b***h," "dodo head" and "ADHD idiot." She also alleged that Bre treated her in a "vulgar and violent" manner "if a task was not performed to her satisfaction," among other accusations.

Similarly, Amanda claimed that she was "subjected to inappropriate and violent behavior by [Bre]." She said that Bre "screamed" at other employees when she was present and threatened them by saying she was "going to kill her" and "slam her head against the wall."

In the meantime, Kenneth, who is described as "a member of the LGBTQ community" in the docs, alleged that Bre "would repeatedly make derogatory and demeaning comments about members of the LGBTQ community." He also accused her of refusing to pay him due to his opposition.
